STEP 1: PREP LIPS - Start with clean, dry lips.

Layer One: Using the longest portion of the applicator, apply from one corner to the other in one direction, keeping your lips apart and avoiding back-and-forth swiping.

Let each layer set for 3 seconds before the next. Avoid touching or rubbing lips together.
