Hi, I’m Debbie – the “Colours Lady” and owner of So You!
With over 19 years as a certified and accredited professional stylist, I help women take the guesswork out of getting dressed and feel confident in what they wear every day. My approach is down-to-earth, honest, and supportive; think trusted girlfriend advice, not judgement or trends you’ll never wear.
For my clients, this means learning which colours truly suit you, understanding how to build outfits that feel like you, and walking away with clarity, confidence, and tools you can use long after your appointment ends.
I’ve been married to Stephen for over 37 years, have three children, and am a proud grandmother, and I know how busy real life can be. That’s why everything I do at So You! is practical, achievable, and designed to make getting dressed easier, not harder.

Originally from the Highlands of Scotland, I emigrated with my family in 2004 and now call Pegasus home. I absolutely love North Canterbury and the sense of community it brings. I’m also a proud grandmother, which gives me a real appreciation for how precious (and busy) everyday life can be.
With over thirteen years’ experience in fashion and styling, I specialise in helping women create wardrobes that feel effortless, honest, and long-lasting. For our customers, this means choosing pieces that work harder for you - clothing that fits your lifestyle, reflects your personality, and makes you feel confident every time you get dressed.
