Delivery & returns
We pack every order with love and want you to adore what you've chosen. Here's how delivery, returns and exchanges work.
Delivery
Getting your order to you
NZ delivery
$10 on orders of $200 and under, usually arriving in 1 to 3 working days.
Free delivery
On all NZ orders over $200.
Rural delivery
There's no extra charge for rural delivery. Please allow an extra day or two.
Click & collect
Free! Choose pick-up in store at checkout and collect from our boutique at 188 High Street, Rangiora. We'll give you a call when it's ready.
When will my order be sent?
We usually send orders within 1 to 2 working days. You'll get an email with tracking once it's on its way.
International delivery
We send to Australia for $55, usually arriving in 5 to 10 working days. For anywhere else, give us a call on 03 313 1720 and we'll see what we can do.
Workshop tickets and gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be emailed or printed, just choose when you buy. Workshop tickets are confirmed by email as soon as you book.
Returns & exchanges
Not quite right?
If you don't fall in love with your gorgeous new piece for whatever reason, you have a few different options! We're here to help, so just email or call us.
- Send it back within 7 days, with the tags attached, for a full refund
- Or choose store credit, or exchange it for a different piece
- Swap for a different size within 7 days of purchase
- Return postage is paid by you, unless the piece is faulty
- Sale items can't be refunded
- We can't take back jewellery, for hygiene reasons

Post it to So You! Boutique, Shop 3, 188 High Street, Rangiora 7400, or pop it into the boutique.
