I'd wear it with a flowing wide-leg linen pant in a soft neutral and a pair of tan leather slides, so the gathered detail and that lovely colour take centre stage.

Saturday in town, a long lunch with friends, a wander round the markets with a coffee in hand: the Hilarie Gathered Top suits all of them, and it's back with even more gorgeous colours! This Blackstone Clothing top has a button front with lovely shirring detail through the front, giving it a soft, flattering gather that skims rather than clings.

It's made from 100% viscose, so it feels light and breathable and drapes beautifully. The short sleeves keep things cool and easy, and a pleat at the back gives you plenty of room to move. We have it in Emerald, Cashmere Rose and Sky Blue, and there are plus sizes available too. Pop in and try your favourite on, or tell us which colour you'd choose!
